Symposium on Child Poverty and Health

On December 6, 2024, Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy and the Center on Poverty and Social Policy at Columbia University held a Symposium on Child Poverty and Health at Columbia University. The event explored child health and development and poverty — the intersections, challenges, and policy recommendations. Discussions with child health and policy experts focused on how New York supports health for all children, opportunities for improvement, and strategies for centering health equity in child poverty reduction efforts.
